Job Description

Develop, test, and maintain ETL processes to ensure accurate and efficient data integration.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather data requirements and deliver solutions.
Optimize existing ETL workflows for performance and scalability.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all ETL processes.
Monitor ETL jobs and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Document technical specifications and maintain up-to-date process documentation.
Work closely with database administrators to ensure seamless integration with data storage systems.
Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to ETL processes.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, plus domain knowledge in financial or banking systems.
5+ years building applications on the Microsoft stack, including C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Razor, and ADO.NET.
5+ years developing responsive front-end experiences with modern web technologies, and strong focus on usability and UI/UX.
Solid backend depth, including SQL Server with T‑SQL, and building or consuming REST or SOAP APIs.
Differentiators include enterprise workflow design, secure application development, modern JavaScript frameworks, and experience with Optimizely or similar DXP platforms.
