Job Description

  • Develop, test, and maintain ETL processes to ensure accurate and efficient data integration.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Optimize existing ETL workflows for performance and scalability.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all ETL processes.
  • Monitor ETL jobs and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Document technical specifications and maintain up-to-date process documentation.
  • Work closely with database administrators to ensure seamless integration with data storage systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to ETL processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, plus domain knowledge in financial or banking systems.
  • 5+ years building applications on the Microsoft stack, including C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Razor, and ADO.NET.
  • 5+ years developing responsive front-end experiences with modern web technologies, and strong focus on usability and UI/UX.
  • Solid backend depth, including SQL Server with T‑SQL, and building or consuming REST or SOAP APIs.
  • Differentiators include enterprise workflow design, secure application development, modern JavaScript frameworks, and experience with Optimizely or similar DXP platforms.
