Executive Assistant to CEO

Manhattan, New York Temporary USD25 - USD28 per hour View Job Description
The Executive Assistant will support the CEO of a leading nonprofit organization. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience or relevant internship/office experience. This role is on-site Monday through Friday in the Financial District.
  • Must be able to work onsite Monday to Friday.
  • Must have a completed Bachelors Degree.

Job Description

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
  • Assist with personal tasks including errands, household appointments, dry cleaning, food, etc.
  • Coordinate and support board meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in planning and executing special projects and events.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on tasks and communications as directed by the CEO.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including maintaining files and records.

The Successful Applicant

  • Completed Bachelors Degree is required seeking 2024 to 2026 applicants.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with managing executive-level schedules and correspondence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Must be able to work-site in Fidi 8am-5pm with OT eligible.
