Executive Assistant to CEO

Manhattan, New York Temporary USD23 - USD26 per hour View Job Description
The Executive Assistant to CEO will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, meetings, and communications to support the organization's mission. This role will serve as the CEO's second assistant and will work on-site.
  • Must be able to work on site Monday to Friday.
  • Office is located in the Financial District.

Job Description

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and other documentation as needed.
  • Support the CEO in preparing for meetings by compiling agendas and materials.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with personal assistance duties as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Completed Bachelors Degree is required.
  • Previous office experience and/or internship experience in an administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
  • Must be able to work 8am-5pm in office, with overtime and extended hours as needed.
