Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates to project tracking systems.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes as needed.
  • Handle correspondence, inquiries, and requests related to assigned projects.
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Identify and resolve administrative issues to ensure operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • A strong background in administrative support and project coordination, MUST BE within Legal services or Finance.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks
