Job Description

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior staff.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events or departmental activities.
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering calls and maintaining records.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and order office supplies to maintain a well-stocked and functional workspace.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience supporting senior-level executives is a plus.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
