Job Description

  • Manage executive schedules, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation for easy access and retrieval.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Monitor and manage incoming communications, including emails and calls, ensuring timely responses.
  • Support special projects and perform other administrative tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • 1+ years of experience at a start up.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience providing administrative support to senior executives in a professional environment.
