Facilities Maintenance Engineer

• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate facility upgrades and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Manage and oversee vendor relationships for outsourced maintenance services.
• Monitor and manage energy usage to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Document all maintenance activities and provide regular reports to management.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues effectively.
