This is an onsite position.Job DescriptionIdentify, collect, analyze, abstract, organize and maintain facts and documents, including wills and trust documents, in accordance with compliant legal practice and procedureIdentify, collect, analyze, abstract, organize and maintain financial statements and spreadsheets relating to client investmentsDevelop and maintain relationships with clients and personnel, inside and outside the firm to obtain and clarify information necessary to substantiate facts, identify documents and support legal actions.Organize and maintain information, records and documents supporting legal actions.Develop, implement and maintain tracking and accounting systems for client investments facilitating preparation of United States trust tax returnsPrepare federal Form 706, United States Estate (and Generation-Skipping Transfer) Tax Return and applicable state estate tax returnsPrepare federal Form 1041, United States Income Tax Return for Estates and Trusts and applicable state fiduciary income tax returnsPrepare United States Income Tax Returns for Partnerships and Non-Profit OrganizationsPrepare Trust and Estate probate accountingsPrepare related filings and analysis for all accountings and returnsExecute Trust and Estate administrationTrack deadlines to assure returns and accountings are filed timely or extended when applicableMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
