Job Description

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead core financial cycles including annual budgeting, monthly close, and quarterly reforecasting
  • Analyze margins and contribution performance across channels and product categories to support profitable growth
  • Oversee inventory performance across warehouses and retail locations, identifying financial risks and optimization opportunities
  • Partner with business leaders on operating expense management, identifying efficiencies and improving cost structure
  • Evaluate and track capital expenditures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and return expectations
  • Deliver variance analysis to highlight risks and opportunities impacting financial performance
  • Translate strategic plans into actionable, achievable financial budgets
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure financial and operational performance
  • Provide actionable insights and challenge assumptions to support executive decision-making
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to support business initiatives



Processes & Systems

  • Review and optimize ERP systems to enhance financial processes and ensure data integrity
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen FP&A capabilities
  • Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and governance standards
  • Participate in or lead strategic and operational projects that drive business value



Leadership & Development

  • Lead and develop a team of FP&A professionals
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability
  • Build strong partnerships across departments and with international stakeholders
  • Support talent development and succession planning within the finance function

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • French speaking is a plus
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in FP&A leadership roles, preferably within retail, luxury, or consumer products industries
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
