They are committed to creating lasting impact through community programs, strategic partnerships, and responsible stewardship of public and private funding.Job DescriptionCollaborate with Program, Operations, and Development teams to manage grants and contracts throughout their full lifecycle.Develop and monitor grant and contract budgets, ensuring compliance with funder requirements and organizational goals.Process budget modifications and maintain accurate financial records for all funding sources.Track expenditures and funding utilization to maximize revenue and ensure budgets remain on target.Oversee the vouchering process, ensuring submissions are accurate, complete, and timely.Respond to funder inquiries and resolve reporting, reimbursement, and compliance-related issues.Partner with program leadership to review financial performance, analyze variances, and monitor grant activity.Prepare and review financial reports, forecasts, and supporting documentation for management.Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.Manage accounts receivable and monitor outstanding grant and contract reimbursements.Supervise the Grants & Contracts Specialist and review key grant-related financial transactions.Assist with special projects and other finance-related initiatives as needed.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
