With a mission driven culture and strong funding partnerships, the organization plays a critical role in supporting community programs while maintaining a collaborative and stable work environment.Job DescriptionManage grants and contracts to ensure compliance with funder requirements and organizational policies.Oversee voucher preparation and submission, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper supporting documentation.Monitor grant budgets, track spending, and prepare budget modifications as needed.Partner with Program, Operations, Development, and Finance teams to support funded programs and reporting requirements.Manage grant related accounts receivable activities and support related financial operations.Maintain a grants and contracts calendar to track reporting deadlines and key deliverables.Respond to funder inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.Conduct regular budget review meetings with program leadership to monitor financial performance.Support the annual budgeting process and assist with annual financial and A133 audits.Supervise a Grants & Contracts Specialist, reviewing vouchers, journal entries, budget modifications, and related financial documentation.Assist with grant revenue recognition and other grant related accounting activities as needed.Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
