Job Description

  • Collaborate with legal teams to address regulatory and compliance issues.
  • Provide guidance and support on legal documentation and contracts.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the business.
  • Assist in preparing reports and legal summaries for internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct research on legal matters and offer recommendations for risk mitigation.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation of legal activities.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to support business objectives.
  • Handle any additional legal support tasks as required.
