Job Description

  • Provide general administrative support across the office
  • Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and calendars
  • Prepare documents, correspondence, and reports
  • Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and record maintenance
  • Greet visitors and help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Support special projects and additional administrative needs

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous administrative, internship, or office experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
