Junior Estimator-Retail, Healthcare- Southshore MA

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for retail and healthcare construction projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets and timelines.
• Source and evaluate quotes from vendors and subcontractors.
• Assist in preparing bid proposals and presenting them to stakeholders.
• Track project costs and update estimates as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in value engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all estimates and projects.
