About Our Client

A well-established commercial general contractor in the DFW market is seeking an Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support ground‑up and renovation projects. The firm is known for strong field execution, long-term client relationships, and consistent project pipeline across North Texas.

Job Description

    • Assist with project scheduling, document control, and contract administration
    • Support subcontractor procurement, buyouts, and scope reviews
    • Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
    • Coordinate with field teams to ensure drawings and specifications are current
    • Assist with budget tracking, cost reports, and job cost updates
    • Attend project meetings and assist with follow-ups and action items
    • Maintain organized project files and reporting documentation

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-4 years of experience in commercial construction (GC or subcontractor)
  • Experience supporting ground‑up or major renovation projects preferred
  • Familiarity with construction documents and project workflows
  • Proficiency with Procore (or similar construction management software)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams
