Kansas City Construction Project Manager | $15M+ projects

• Lead end-to-end management of $15M+ construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to all contractual obligations and industry standards.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term collaboration.
