Founded in the early 20th century and headquartered in the Midwest, it has evolved from a manufacturer of standalone instrumentation into a provider of fully integrated digital monitoring platforms.Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of the Lead Field Service Engineer are:Lead installation, commissioning, calibration, and maintenance of connected monitoring systems, including sensors, data loggers, and cloud-based platformsServe as the primary technical interface for customers, ensuring timely resolution of complex hardware, software, and network-related issuesMentor and guide junior field service engineers and technicians, providing technical leadership and best practice guidanceSupport integration of monitoring systems into customer networks and ensure data integrity and system reliabilityCollaborate with internal engineering, product, and software teams to drive continuous product and service improvementsAssist customers with system validation, compliance requirements, and audit readiness (e.g., regulated and GxP environments)Document service activities, system configurations, and maintenance records in accordance with quality standardsIdentify opportunities for system upgrades, enhancements, and additional services to improve customer outcomesEnsure adherence to all safety regulations, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs)If interested, please apply below.
