The firm offers fantastic benefits offerings, annual raises, and 25 days of PTO.Job DescriptionPrepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for attorneys and other legal staff.Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.Maintain and organize client files, both physical and digital, in compliance with company policies.Assist with billing processes, including preparing invoices and tracking payments.Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.Support legal professionals with research and preparation for client meetings and court appearances.Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive client information at all times.On-site leadership of support staff for questions, procedures, policies, compliance and office efficiencies.Assist in the coordination of events such as Professional Advisors receptions, client seminars, dinners and office celebrations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
