Known for its collaborative culture and commitment to excellence, the firm offers employees the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on complex trust, estate, and fiduciary matters within a supportive team environment.Job DescriptionProvide administrative support to multiple Fiduciary Accountants, ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of trust and estate matters.Draft, revise, and finalize correspondence, legal documents, and filings for clients, attorneys, and taxing authorities.Prepare and process electronic estate and probate court filings through TurboCourt.Maintain accurate client records, files, and documentation, ensuring all information remains current and organized.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS correspondence.Assist with the preparation and organization of estate tax binders, supporting both federal and state filings.Create new client matter files and coordinate administrative processes related to client on boarding.Support fiduciary income tax and estate tax return processes while ensuring deadlines and filing requirements are met.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
