Known for its exceptional culture, strong employee retention, and commitment to professional development, the firm provides employees with the support and resources needed for long-term success.Job DescriptionProvide administrative support to a team of three Fiduciary Accountants, assisting with day-to-day client and matter management.Prepare, edit, proofread, and finalize correspondence, tax-related documentation, and filings for clients, attorneys, and taxing authorities.Maintain accurate and organized client records, ensuring all files and documentation remain current and compliant.Process electronic probate and estate-related court filings through Turbo Court and other applicable systems.Prepare and update estate and probate tax binders, including assembling supporting documentation and required attachments.Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other time-sensitive deliveries.Open new client matters and assist with file management throughout the life cycle of each engagement.Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, courts, and government agencies to support ongoing fiduciary and estate administration matters.Assist with additional administrative and operational projects as needed to support the fiduciary services team.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
