Job Description

  • Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Maintain and organize case files and legal records.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and court dates.
  • Handle communication with clients, courts, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal filings and submissions.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups on legal tasks.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as managing office supplies and processing invoices.
  • Support attorneys with research and document retrieval as needed.
