Job Description

  • Support Project Managers in all phases of healthcare and hospital construction projects
  • Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, submittals, RFIs, and change management
  • Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and hospital stakeholders
  • Track cost controls, procurement, and project documentation
  • Ensure work complies with healthcare regulations, infection control (ICRA), and safety standards
  • Participate in project meetings and assist with reporting and closeout activities

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager on healthcare or hospital construction projects
  • Strong understanding of healthcare construction processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Experience working in active or occupied hospital environments preferred
  • Highly organized with strong communication and coordination skills
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a full Project Manager role
