A top-tier Texas general contractor is actively hiring both a Superintendent to support large-scale projects, particularly in the municipal and institutional sectors.

This firm has been a leader in construction for decades, delivering complex, high-profile projects including civic buildings, large commercial developments, cultural facilities, and infrastructure projects across the region.

Job Description

    • Oversee field operations on large, complex projects
    • Manage subcontractors and enforce safety and quality
    • Maintain project schedules and coordinate all site activities
    • Serve as the on-site leader for all construction execution

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10+ years of Superintendent experience
  • Ground-up experience on large-scale projects ($30M+)
  • Municipal, civic, or institutional experience preferred
