Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will operate as a true business partner to both clients and candidates by:

  • Building and managing relationships with clients across your market
  • Developing business through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and meetings
  • Identifying and engaging top talent within your specialization
  • Managing the full recruitment life cycle from initial outreach through offer acceptance
  • Advising clients on hiring trends, compensation, and talent strategies
  • Negotiating offers and influencing hiring decisions
  • Building a personal brand within your market and becoming a trusted industry expert
  • Working toward individual and team performance goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
