The position uses values of service, dedication, and hard work to consistently provide clients with the highest-quality construction solutions on schedule. Team works together in a respectful, safe, and responsible manner. Successful company with roughly $120M in annual revenue. 40% of work in the KC area and 60% of work across other states including Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado.

Job Description

  • Leads project teams to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks.
  • Establishes project budgets and manages cost.
  • Coaches, mentors, develops, and trains project management teams.
  • Maintains knowledge of contract requirements and addresses complex obstacles.
  • Maintains positive relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and design teams.
  • Ensures all risk management controls are implemented.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10+ years of Project Manager experience
  • 3+ years of multifamily project experience
  • Experience working multiple, high value projects ($20M+)
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Construction Science preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
