The Office Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities by providing essential support to the team. You will handle all office operations, logistics and receptionist duties. This role will be Contract to Hire and will be in office.

Job Description

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls.
  • Coordinate office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents for easy access.
  • Provide scheduling support, including managing appointments and meeting arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Support event planning and coordination for team meetings or office functions.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.

The Successful Applicant

  • Completed Bachelors Degree is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strongly proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday.
