Our client is seeking an Office Coordinator for their NYC corporate office. You will be the main point of contact for the NYC office and greet incoming employees and guests. This role will be Contract to Hire based on performance.
  • Must have prior Reception or Office Management experience.
  • Must be immediately available.

Job Description

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Meet and greet incoming employees and guests.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
  • Handle catering and food orders.
  • Adhere to budgets and track expenses and reimbursements.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
  • Ensure the office environment remains organized and professional.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support their administrative needs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have 1-3 years of Reception or Office Management experience.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to walk, lift, stand as needed.
  • Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Must be immediately available to start a new role.
  • Completed Associates or Bachelors Degree is preferred.
