Job Description

    • Manage end-to-end event planning and execution (invitations, registration, communications, and post-event follow-up)
    • Coordinate logistics including venues, vendors, travel (flights/hotels), and on-site operations
    • Develop event materials such as agendas, speaker briefings, and timelines
    • Track and manage event budgets, expenses, and reporting
    • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery
    • Support scheduling and coordination for event leadership
    • Ensure all events meet compliance standards and deliver a high-quality client experience

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Events Coordinator should have:

    • 5-7+ years of corporate event management experience, ideally in professional services or regulated industries
    • Proven ability to manage end-to-end, high-volume, client-facing events independently
    • Strong project management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across all levels
    • Detail-oriented with experience managing budgets, logistics, and timelines
    • Proficient in event platforms (StoneShot, Cvent, or similar) and Microsoft Office
    • Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
