Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
  • Manage receptionist desk and greeting in-office visitors
  • Supervise contractor administrative staff and provide necessary training and support.
  • Maintain office supplies and oversee vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in budget management and expense tracking.
  • Oversee the organization and maintenance of office files and records.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Maintain the office and conference room appearance.
