Job Description

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth onsite experience
  • Manage reception, visitors, deliveries and general office logistics
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendors and facilities needs
  • Support internal teams with administrative and operational tasks
  • Maintain an organised, welcoming and professional office environment
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting set‑ups and ad hoc projects

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Manager should have:

  • Prior experience as an Office Manager, Office Administrator or similar
  • Highly organised, proactive and detail‑oriented
  • Comfortable working onsite Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
