The Office Services Coordinator will support overall logistics and facilities of the DC office. This role will be contract to hire and will be based in DC.
  • Must be local to DC.
  • Previous experience at a law firm is required.

Job Description

  • Deliver, sort and collect mail
  • Handle incoming phone calls & emails regarding office related issues
  • Oversee office deliveries from USPS, UPS, & FedEx
  • Unpack inventory, stationery, supplies, etc.
  • Monitor email inbox to ensure all requests are responded to and actioned in a timely manner
  • Perform general office maintenance, service requests, and repairs
  • Photocopy, scan and bind documents
  • Coordinate facilities requests and work orders
  • Organize & prepare offices for visitors
  • Handle conference room services, maintenance and inventory
  • Ensure inventory throughout the office is stocked
  • Partner with the Office Services team for office moves, desk changes, etc.
  • Organize the supply room with stocking and inventory
  • Communicate to the team when supply items need to be ordered

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to lift, walk, stand within the office.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday.
  • Must be local to DC.
  • Must be immediately available.
