Job Description

  • Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall execution plans
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies
  • Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and project documentation

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience managing ground-up or renovation construction projects
  • Experience delivering healthcare or other highly regulated projects preferred
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project timelines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
