Job Description

The Senior Project Manager serves as the owner's representative, leading projects from concept through close‑out.

  • Work with a nationally recognized owner's representative as the primary client advocate
  • Lead large, high‑profile law firm interior build‑outs and select corporate interiors
  • Provide owner‑side oversight of budget, schedule, scope, and quality
  • Manage and coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
  • Review contractor schedules, change orders, and pay applications from an ownership perspective
  • Identify risks early and guide informed decision‑making at the client level
  • Act as a trusted advisor and senior leader within the Senior Project Manager role

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience managing complex commercial interior construction projects
  • Strong background in law firm or professional services interiors preferred
  • Experience acting as an owner's representative or trusted client advisor
  • Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Confident, polished communicator with a collaborative leadership style
  • Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a service‑driven mindset
