Payroll Specialist - COMMISSIONS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws related to payroll and benefits.
• Monitor payroll systems and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with audits and generate reports for management as needed.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
