Job Description

  • Oversee all preconstruction activities for healthcare projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Analyze construction documents to prepare detailed cost estimates and project timelines.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to healthcare construction projects.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any challenges to maintain project timelines and budgets.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and outcomes.
