Job Description

Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.
Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet objectives.
Provide leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and client presentations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Executive should have:

Proven expertise in managing construction projects within the property industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
Exceptional communication and client management skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
A commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
