Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Hartford, CT

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
• Lead project meetings to communicate updates and address any issues or risks.
• Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency.
