Job Description

  • Manage multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams to execute envelope scopes (facade, roofing, waterproofing, masonry)
  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals; identify and resolve design or constructability issues
  • Lead project meetings, maintain client relationships, and provide regular progress updates
  • Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project timelines
  • Monitor job costs, manage change orders, and track financial performance against project budgets
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control procedures, and regulatory requirements

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Commercial Exterior should have:

  • 5+ years of experience working with a general contractor, preferably on building envelope or exterior systems projects
  • Strong knowledge of architectural wall panels, roofing, waterproofing, and masonry systems
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
  • Experience working on commercial, institutional, or industrial construction projects
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project/Excel)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
