Job Description

As Project Manager, you will report into a Senior Project Manager and take ownership of multiple retail construction projects from pre‑construction through to delivery. You will be trusted to operate independently while collaborating closely with field teams and leadership.Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing retail construction projects from mobilisation through close‑out
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure programme, cost and quality targets are met
  • Overseeing budgets, schedules and reporting across multiple active sites
  • Supporting travelling site teams and maintaining strong site relationships
  • Managing client communication and ensuring expectations are consistently met
  • Identifying risks early and driving practical solutions in a fast‑paced environment

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:

  • 5-7 years' experience as a Project Manager within construction
  • Proven retail construction experience (essential)
  • Exposure to multi‑site or nationwide project delivery
  • Strong construction fundamentals with hands‑on project ownership
  • Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
  • A self‑starter with low ego, high accountability and strong communication skills
  • Experience in healthcare or medical projects is advantageous but not essential
