Project Manager - Commercial - Orlando

• Manage all phases of commercial ground up construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and timelines to ensure alignment with goals.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.
• Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
• Promote a culture of quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
