Our client is hiring within the ground up building and construction industry in the Bronx.

Job Description

  • Lead construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring objectives are met.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
  • Monitor budgets and expenses to achieve cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and resources for projects.
  • Foster strong relationships with team members and external partners.
