Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project alignment.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Lead project teams and foster a collaborative working environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

    • Proven experience managing large-scale, ground-up construction projects ($10M+) across healthcare, assisted living, and mid- to high-rise developments
    • Strong ability to oversee complex project lifecycles, including site development, vertical construction, and coordination of specialized building systems (MEP, life safety, healthcare-specific requirements)
    • Demonstrated leadership in managing subcontractors, consultants, and project teams on high-value, schedule-driven builds
    • Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and value engineering to ensure projects are delivered within financial targets without compromising quality
    • Proficient in construction management software and project scheduling tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project)
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and adherence to healthcare and multi-family building standard
