Job Description

Oversee all stages of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Develop and manage project schedules and allocate resources effectively.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place.
Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure project success.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager in construction should have:

Proven experience managing large-scale ground-up commercial or institutional projects ($20M+ K-12, municipal, higher ed, healthcare).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
A results-driven attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
