Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of ground-up construction projects, from planning to execution.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
  • Develop and manage project schedules and budgets to meet client expectations.
  • Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Address and resolve any issues or delays to maintain project timelines.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Maintain documentation and reports related to project milestones and expenditures.
  • Lead and mentor team members to achieve project goals.
