Project Manager - Construction - Manhattan

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and close-out.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project success.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency in construction projects.
