Project Manager - Construction - Manhattan

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project objectives.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Resolve any project-related issues to ensure smooth execution.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high performance.
