Project Manager - Construction - Manhattan

• Manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and vendors, to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress and addressing any challenges.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and construction regulations throughout all phases of the project.
• Oversee procurement processes to ensure materials and resources are available as needed.
• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Resolve project-related issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Foster strong working relationships within the team and across departments to ensure project success.
