Job Description

As the Project Manager - Class A Interiors, you will report to senior operations leadership and take full responsibility for the successful execution of interior construction projects.

  • Manage Class A corporate interior projects from contract award to turnover
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Oversee procurement, subcontracts, and change management
  • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with contract documents
  • Communicate proactively with clients to manage expectations and outcomes
  • Drive on‑time, on‑budget delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager - Class A Interiors we are seeking:

  • Proven experience managing Class A corporate interior or commercial fit‑out projects
  • Background with a general contractor or interiors specialist
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods for interior build‑outs
