Job Description

As the Project Manager - Corporate Interiors, you will report to senior leadership and take full responsibility for delivering multiple interior fit-out projects.

  • Manage Class A corporate office interior projects from award to handover
  • Lead subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams
  • Control project budgets, schedules, and procurement activities
  • Oversee site operations ensuring quality, safety, and compliance
  • Act as the primary client point of contact throughout delivery
  • Manage change orders, cost reporting, and risk mitigation
  • Drive successful project close-out and client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager - Corporate Interiors, we are seeking:

  • Proven experience delivering Class A corporate interior office projects
  • Background with a general contractor or interiors contractor
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and sequencing
  • Experience managing multiple subcontractor trade packages
  • Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with clients

  • Proficiency with standard construction management software
