Job Description

Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Federal Project Manager will oversee federal and public-sector construction projects from award through completion.

  • Manage all phases of federal construction projects.
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
  • Ensure compliance with government, military, and agency requirements.
  • Monitor project financials and support estimating and pricing activities.
  • Lead project communication with owners, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain project success.
  • Drive project execution while maintaining quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

For the Federal Project Manager we are seeking:

  • Experience managing federal, military, Department of Defense, or public-sector construction projects.
  • Strong background in ground-up commercial construction.
  • Understanding of estimating, budgeting, and project cost control.
  • Experience with institutional, municipal, or educational facilities preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of concrete and structural construction.
  • Effective leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Stable career history and commitment to long-term growth.
